  • Land Act 1958:
    • In so far as it relates to the land coloured green on Plans numbered LEGL./08-002 and LEGL./08-003, lodged in the Central Plan Office except:
      • Division 6 of Part I, Subdivision 3 of Division 9 of Part I, section 209, and the remainder of the Act where it relates to the sale and alienation of Crown Lands as set out in Administrative Arrangements Order No. 58 which are administered by the Minister for Finance
      • Sections 201, 201A and 399 which are jointly administered by the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change and the Minister for Finance
    • In so far as it relates to the exercise of power relating to the leases and licences under Subdivisions 1 and 2 of Division 9 of Part I in respect of the land described as Allotment 18 of section 12 City of Port Melbourne Parish of Melbourne South being the land in Certified Plan No. 119746 lodged in the Central Plan Office
    • (The above powers are administered jointly and severally with the Minister for Ports)
    • The Act is otherwise administered by the Attorney-General, the Minister for Corrections, the Minister for Energy, Environment and Climate Change, the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Health.
  • Local Government Act 1989 – clauses 4 and 9(3) of Schedule 11 and section 123 in so far as it relates to the revocation of local laws made pursuant to the powers conferred by those clauses by reason of section 207 of the Act. The Act is otherwise administered by the Attorney-General, the Minister for Local Government and the Special Minister of State.

  • Transport Accident Act 1986:
    • Sections 11-14 in so far as they relate to road safety in so far as they relate to those matters, these sections are jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Finance
    • Sections 15-18, 25 and 29 are jointly administered with the Minister for Finance
    • The Act is otherwise administered by the Minister for Finance.
  • Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 is severally administered with the Minister for Ports and jointly administered with the Minister for Public Transport, except:
    • Part II, Division 1, Subdivision 4; Part VI, Divisions 4, 5, 5A, 5AB, 5B, 5C, 6 6A, 7 and 9A; Part VII, Divisions 4, 4AA and 4A; and Part VIII, Division 9 which are administered by the Minister for Public Transport
    • Section 77A which is administered by the Minister for Public Transport
    • Part III, except section 56 which is administered by the Minister for Public Transport
    • Section 56 which is jointly administered by the Minister for Public Transport and the Minister for Roads and Road Safety
    • Part VI, Divisions 1 and 10; and Part VII, Division 3 which are jointly administered by the Minister for Public Transport and the Minister for Roads and Road Safety
    • Part V and Part VIIA which are jointly administered by the Minister for Ports and the Minister for Public Transport.
  • Transport Integration Act 2010 is jointly and severally administered with the Minister for Ports and the Minister for Public Transport, except:
    • Part 5, Division 2; Part 6, Division 3; and Part 6, Division 4 in so far as it relates to the exercise of powers relating to the Linking Melbourne Authority which are administered by the Minister for Roads and Road Safety
    • Part 5, Divisions 1A and 3; Part 6, Divisions 1 and 2; Part 6, Division 4 in so far as it relates to the exercise of powers relating to the Victorian Rail Track and V/Line Corporation; and Part 10 which are administered by the Minister for Public Transport
    • Part 6, Division 1 in so far as it relates to the exercise of development powers relating to the Victorian Rail Track which are jointly and severally administered by the Minister for Major Projects and the Minister for Public Transport
    • Part 6, Divisions 3A, 3B and 3C; Part 6, Division 4 in so far as it relates to the exercise of powers relating to the Port of Melbourne Corporation, the Victorian Regional Channels Authority and the Port of Hastings Development Authority; and Part 9 which are administered by the Minister for Ports
    • Part 7 which is jointly administered by the Minister for Public Transport and the Minister for Ports
    • Part 7A which is jointly administered by the Minister for Public Transport and the Minister for Roads and Road Safety.
