Victoria Invitation Program set to bring the world to Melbourne
Published: 28 February 2017
On 13 March, more than 100 of the world's key businesses, buyers and decision makers will descend on Victoria for the state's premier inbound trade mission, the Victoria Invitation Program (VIP).
This year's VIP will run over two weeks and focus on eight tailored programs including in e-commerce, professional services, fashion, infrastructure, sports technology, international education, and health and aged care.
Visiting delegates will meet with Victoria's leading businesses, having the chance to ask the questions that matter and see first-hand how the state's leading products and services are made and delivered.
The Victoria Invitation Program is part of the Victorian Government's $12 million dollar four-year inbound trade mission program, designed to highlight Victoria's diversity and capability as a state that has the best of everything.

[Vision: People mingling and networking]
The value of getting involved in a program like this, especially if you've got a strategy of wanting to expand your business offshore, is one of developing relationships, one of networking.

I strongly recommend any, especially a start-up business, who wants to embark on businesses internationally, to use this program as much as possible.
